Roy Herrera

Roy Herrera is the founding partner of Herrera Arellano LLP. His practice centers on political law, regularly advising candidate, nonprofit organizations, elected officials and businesses on campaign finance and election law issues. Additionally, he represents clients in government and regulatory affairs, white collar defense, and internal investigation matters. Prior to private practice, Roy served as an Assistance U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and on the legislative staff of the late U.S. Representative Ed Pastor. He earned his B.B.A. from George Washington University and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2008.
